HEDP 유기인산 부식 억제제입니다. Fe, Cu 및 Zn 이온과 킬레이트화하여 안정적인 킬레이트 화합물을 형성할 수 있습니다. 이러한 금속 표면의 산화된 물질을 용해시킬 수 있습니다. HEDP 250℃ 온도에서 우수한 스케일 및 부식억제 효과를 나타냅니다. HEDP 높은 pH 값에서 화학적 안정성이 좋고 가수분해가 어렵고 일반적인 빛과 열 조건에서 분해되기 어렵습니다. 산/알칼리 및 염소 산화 내성이 다른 유기인산(소금)보다 우수합니다. HEDP can react with metal ions in water system to form hexa-element chelating complex, with calcium ion in particular. Therefore, HEDP has good antiscale and visible threshold effects. When built together with other water treatment chemicals, it shows good synergistic effects.

고체 상태 HEDP is crystal powder, suitable for usage in winter and freezing districts. Because of its high purity, it can be used as cleaning agent in electronic fields and as additives in daily chemicals.

용법:

HEDP is used as scale and corrosion inhibition in circulating cool water system, oil field and low-pressure boilers in fields such as electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, fertilizer, etc.. In light woven industry, HEDP is used as detergent for metal and nonmetal. In dyeing industry, HEDP is used as peroxide stabilizer and dye-fixing agent; In non-cyanide electroplating, HEDP is used as chelating agent. The dosage of 1-10mg/L is preferred as scale inhibitor, 10-50mg/L as corrosion inhibitor, and 1000-2000mg/L as detergent. Usually, HEDP is used together with polycarboxylic acid.
